About Us

Dr. George Carnage, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, Cert. SMT, brings passion to empowering weekend warriors and athletes, guiding them to a pain-free, active lifestyle. His journey started with personal sports injuries, fueling his commitment to helping others recover from injuries sustained in activities like high school and college sports, competitive fishing tournaments, and running.
Licensed in Florida and Georgia, Dr. Carnage observed a reliance on pain medications within the athletic community, hindering true recovery. With 7 years in home health and 2 years with FAMU athletes, he recognized the need for an alternative approach to address pain and restore lives.
Graduating with a B.S. in Pre-PT Health Science and a DPT from Florida Agriculture & Mechanical University, George holds a Diploma in Osteopractic, specializing in neuromuscular conditions through spinal/extremity manipulations, dry needling, and instrumentassisted soft tissue mobilization.
